秋鹿 純吟 ひやおろし [再]

12月2日に開けた秋鹿を再び。
前回より穏やかで落ち着いた香味。滑りよく、食事と合わせやすい酒。
烏賊と大根の煮物・豚ハツとインゲンの炒め物・茹でたブロッコリーなどと。
